Reception at London Aquarium

In reception our topic has been about ‘under the sea’ and the children were all fascinated by the additional information that they found out about.  They wanted to learn more especially about other animals that lived ‘under the sea’ so as the end of topic trip we went to the London Aquarium.  We had a fantastic day and all the children loved the trip. We learnt all about sharks, jelly fish, Sting Rays, Rays and fish.  We were lucky enough to be able to touch a star fish and we even got splashed by a Ray.

By the end of our trip we were all exhausted and when we finally got back to school we had a rest.  We had the best day out as a year group!! Thank you to all the parents, staff and children who made it such a wonderful day out.
