Harry Potter at the British Library

A group of staff, parents and children had the opportunity to go to the British Library for an evening session on Thursday 1st February! What a fabulous experience!!

Four people read excerpts from the Harry Potter books in very magical and mysterious ambiances around the exhibit. Magical artefacts from distant history all around the world and from Harry Potter sets were displayed with informative explanations.

The staff from the British Library were very impressed by our children from Carlton. They listened intently to the readers, asked pertinent questions and responded enthusiastically to their questions. Overall, the evening was widely appreciated and showed the children’s enthusiasm for reading.
